Who is covered by the BH eligibility framework?

For private organisations, the original framework uses an employer-presence condition involving offices in four or more States or Union Territories.

Private-sector employees: the four-State/UT condition
If you work for a private company or organisation, the checker asks whether the employer has offices in four or more States/UTs. This is a basic screening condition from the BH framework. The authority may still require the prescribed working certificate and other records.
Why an online checker cannot give a final yes/no
Eligibility is document-dependent. A user can select the correct employment category online but still have an incomplete or outdated certificate. Similarly, implementation details can be clarified by later notifications or portal changes. That is why FMtak describes the result as “appears eligible” rather than issuing an approval.
