Common vehicle-registration records
For a new permanent registration, Parivahan lists records such as Form 20, sales certificate in Form 21, road-worthiness certificate in Form 22/22A as applicable, insurance, address proof and dealer/manufacturer invoice, with additional documents depending on the vehicle and State workflow.
