FM Tak aims to publish accurate, useful and clearly presented journalism across technology, AI, politics, world affairs and sport.

Accuracy and attribution

Material factual claims should be checked against reliable sources. Primary documents, official statements and direct records are preferred when available. Contested claims should be attributed and meaningful uncertainty should not be hidden.

News, analysis and opinion

News reporting should be separated from opinion. Analysis may interpret facts and context, but should make clear where interpretation begins. Opinion pieces should be labelled so readers can distinguish them from straight reporting.

Headlines and visuals

Headlines, thumbnails and social copy should accurately reflect the underlying story and should not materially exaggerate what the reporting supports.

Conflicts and commercial influence

Editorial coverage should not be purchased or secretly influenced by advertisers, sponsors or other commercial partners. Sponsored material should be clearly identified.

Corrections

Material errors should be corrected promptly and transparently under our Corrections Policy.
